IMP°ROVE (www.imp3rove.de) is a fast-growing start-up and subsidiary of the management consultancy Kearney. Our daily work is based on the conviction that innovation is manageable rather than a result of

With a global network and the world’s largest in-depth innovation management benchmarking database, we have set the standard for innovation management assessment.
We are seeking support for our international flagship study Digital@Utility. Digital@Utility is a digitalization check for utilities and was developed by Kearney and IMP°ROVE in cooperation with the German Association of the Energy and Water Industry (BDEW). Since 2016, the outreach of the study has been growing continuously and is now offered globally.
Key responsibilities
- Supporting the organisation and implementation of the study in close cooperation with Association of the Energy and Water Industry (BDEW) and international partners
- Data analyses based on Digital@Utility benchmarking data
- Contributing to the development of professional presentations and publications on key insights of the Digital@Utility study
Knowledge and skills requirements
Applicants for a position as Part-time Consultant Intern are expected to be in their Master or Ph.D. studies. This position requires:
- Strong academic achievements and a proven track record of outstanding analytical achievements
- Experience of a consulting internship; background and first practical experience in innovation management and/or the energy sector is not a must but a clear advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with different stakeholders and different cultures
- Language requirements: excellent skills in English and German
Organizational environment
- Reporting directly to Dr. Martin Ruppert, one of our Managing Directors
- Part-time position, minimum one day per week
- Office location: Dusseldorf, remote work is possible
- Start date: immediately
