Term abroad

Dear students

Please note: between 24 January to 28 January 2022, Mareike Laub and Jutta Reusch will not be offering advising hours via ZOOM or in person.

The WiSo Faculty maintains partnerships with over 140 leading institutions of higher education worldwide. Students wishing to spend a term abroad at one of the WiSo Faculty's partner universities can apply for the Study Abroad Programmes, STAP Bachelor and STAP Master. Universities vary depending on the chosen field of study. Students may also decide to apply for a term abroad at a university outside of WiSo Faculty's partnership agreements as "freemovers". ZIB WiSo also supports CEMS students in all issues related to their CEMS term abroad.

Beside educational benefits and the possibility of expanding your language skills, a term abroad allows you to experience what it is like to live and learn in another country. The intercultural skills you acquire while studying abroad will prove valuable for both your personal and your professional growth.
