The Amplifon Records Graduate Program is a fantastic opportunity if you’re seeking an ambitious international challenge! It will start in September 2024 at our Milan Headquarters and will run for 18 months.

​During your Graduate journey, you can expect to be engaged in challenging tasks, job rotations, trainings, and becoming an integral part of our international community. As a key component of your Graduate Program, you will be driving change through a Sustainability Project that mirrors our purpose: empower people to rediscover all the emotions of sound.​

But wait, there's more! You will have access to mentoring and feedback sessions to support your personal development and to ensure to make a meaningful impact!

What else? After the first 6 months of the Program, get ready for a fantastic twist: did we mention that for the last 12 months, you will be relocated to one of our 26 countries of the Group? Amazing, right?

Who can apply?
This program is meant to attract talents that will become future leaders of our company. Therefore, we are looking for participants that match the following characteristics:

• Top Academic Performance.
• International Experience of at least 6 months.
• Working experience of max 1 year and minimum 6 months.
• Willingness to relocate and have a global career during and beyond the program.
• Extracurricular experiences (volunteering, students' organization, sport) are a plus.
