1) Internship Accounting
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in accounting: document entry, reconciliation activities, support in the processing of companies
- Support with monthly and annual financial statements
- Support in day-to-day business (accounting and payment transactions)
- Collaboration in process and project-based tasks, including the introduction of a new ERP system
Your profile:
- Studying business administration, economics or a comparable course of study
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Affinity for numbers and a high degree of diligence, organisation and structure
- Conscientious way of working
- You speak German and English fluently

2) Internship HR Operations
Your tasks:
- After an induction phase, you will assist in the management and administration of personnel records as well as in the processing of personnel law procedures from the entry to the exit of an employee
- You will be responsible for maintaining personnel data in the master data and absence system
- You are responsible for drawing up contract documents and references
- You will support the team in researching and drafting labour law issues
- In addition to your daily tasks, you also take on exciting projects
Your profile:
- You are studying business administration, (economic) psychology, law or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on human resources management
- Independent and conscientious way of working as well as strong communication skills characterise you and flow into your daily work
- You plan 5 - 6 months for your assignment with us
- You speak English and German fluently (both written and spoken) and can confidently use MS-Office, in particular Excel

3) Internship / Working Student IT Service Desk
Your tasks:
- Process incoming customer inquiries (specialized stores) by telephone in 1st level support
- Process tickets of incoming incident reports and documentation of these incidents and their resolutions
- Analysis of incoming requests and description of possible change requests together with 1st and 2nd level support team and application management
- Creation and modification of technical instructions as well as their documentation
- Installation and configuration of end devices (PC, notebook, printer, smartphones, etc.)
- Administration of applications and the associated user change management
- Cooperation in IT projects
Your profile:
- You have a bit of experience in dealing with IT and enjoy it a lot
- You are ideally studying business informatics/informatics or a comparable course of study, most likely with a focus on IT Knowledge of the administration and operation of Microsoft server systems
- Very good English and German language skills
- High level of service and customer orientation, excellent communication skills and a strong team spirit
- Structured way of working and a high sense of responsibility
- Willingness for personal and professional development

That's what you bring forward with us:
- As part of your Bachelor's or Master's thesis, you will analyse and design the internal processes of the Retail Excellence department. You will address the exciting question: What does an optimal supply process in hearing acoustics look like?
- You will acquire all the necessary specialist knowledge to determine the problem described above
- The analysis and summary of empirical data is just as much a part of your field of activity as the derivation of concrete implementations for our company practice
- On the basis of your research and analyses, you will evaluate and determine the concrete factors influencing our warehouse, time, consulting and data management
Your profile:
- You are studying business administration, economics or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on sales / retail excellence.
- Your good knowledge in the area of sales is an ideal prerequisite for your thesis
- Good MS Office skills
- A high degree of analytical skills, diligence and organisation as well as an affinity for numbers
- Conscientious approach to work and initiative
