1) Management Trainee Supply Chain & Engineering
As a supply chain & engineering trainee, you are forward-thinking and always keeping an eye on the dynamic changes in the FMCG industry. You are welcome both with an engineering or a business management background. In various rotations you will gather holistic experience and insights into operational and strategic supply chain functions by being able to join different departments - like manufacturing (on site in Hamburg and in other locations worldwide), engineering, planning, logistics, procurement, or innovation. At the same time you will be able to broaden your horizon by conducting a cross-functional step of your choice in marketing, sales, finance or corporate development. You’ll support, design and implement processes to develop a dynamic supply chain that benefits everyone: our business, our customers and our partners.
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor/Master)
- Min. 6 months of practical experience through relevant internships
- Min. 6 months of experience abroad gained within your studies or internships
- Fluency in English
- International mindset
- Enthusiasm for brands, consumer goods and challenging the status quo
2) Management Trainee Finance & Controlling
As a Finance & Controlling trainee you´ll dive into different topics of your desire. From budget allocation over price calculations to further digitization of our finance activities can everything be part of YOUR journey. Thereby, you will be part of different Finance teams and focus on own projects or/and dive deep into the daily business. As our trainee program has the main aim to prepare you to steer us through our future finance challenges, you will be part of global, regional and local teams in order to gather a holistic view of our finance world. From day one you are taking ownership to co-create and ensure the future of our company.
