The Zurich Enterprise Challenge is a student team competition, designed to offer participating students the unique opportunity to work directly with some of the world’s biggest multinational companies in order to provide real world solutions to their corporate challenges! The participating student teams compete for a CHF 5’000 (1st place) and CHF 2’000 (2nd place) cash prize. Participating students will also benefit from gaining real-life working experience, career-enhancing skillsets, international exposure, and networking opportunities at senior management and often C-suite level. The Zurich Enterprise Challenge builds entirely on online and remote way-of-working, using all available digital channels and platforms – participating companies and student teams can work together from anywhere in the world.
The phases of the Zurich Enterprise Challenge 2022 are:
- Phase 1 (21 March – 26 June 2022): The student teams will solve a generic case study in order to compete for qualification to Phase 2.
- Phase 2 (July – October 2022): The top teams from phase 1 will collaborate with a selected Zurich multinational corporate customer to provide a solution for a real-world corporate challenge.
